Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); Christ seated on right arm; Christ in long robe; Christ holding a fruit in his right hand; Child pulling the Virgin's veil; Virgin holding a flower in her left hand; crown; two standing angels holding candlesticks.
Museum's opinion 2013: South French or Spanish (Catalonia), c. 1330-1360.

Polychromy - Gilding
Extensive gilding and polychromy: gold (along the hems), red (robes).
Reverse
Back of the angels with scoring in the upper and lower parts. Back of the Virgin curved and with crosshatching inthe lower part. A separate piece of ivory is used to keep it upright.
Object Condition
Missing: candles held by the angels.
Provenance
From the Chapel of Santa Maria de Sa Vila, Ceuró parish, Castellar de la Ribera. Acquired by the Museum in 1987.
