Central hole in the upper part of the panel.
Vertical break down the middle of the panel partially repaired with two metal brackets.

Collection of Miss Lindsay Smith in 1934 (Bath); collection of John Francis Mallett (bought in 1934); his bequest to the Museum in 1947; Department of Western Art (WA1947.191.203); transferred to the Department of Antiquities in May 2008.
