Wing, left
Register 1: Nativity.
Register 2: Christ washing the feet of saint Peter.
Centre panel
Register 1: Adoration of the Shepherds. Adoration of the Magi; curtain.
Register 2: Betrayal (Taking of Christ; Kiss of Judas). Crucifixion with the Virgin (?) and saint John the Evangelist.
Wing, right
Register 1: Christ before Pilate; Pilate washing his hands.
Register 2: Entry into Jerusalem. Entombment with the Virgin.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.

Kryzhanovskaya 2014:19th century.

Two hinges on either side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth; longer edges rounded.

Provenance
Collection of Stepan Nikolaevich Mitusov (b. 1847, d. 1922?), Saint Petersburg: his sale, 1897, lot 53 (Katalog kollektsii predmetov iz slonovoi kosti S. N. Mitusova (Saint Petersburg, 1897), no. 53). Collection of the Museum of the Society for the Encouragement of the Fine Arts (Muzei OPKh); transferred to the Hermitage in 1933.
