Traces of two missing hinges (ring hinges?).

Flat and smooth.

Deep crack in the left wing.

Collection of Mikhail Petrovich Botkin (b. 1839, d. 1914), Petrograd (Saint Petersburg); transferred to the Hermitage in 1919.
