Reverse divided into 5 compartments, the central one being circular. This indicates that this panel originally was part of a set of writing tablets.
Object Condition
Hole in the upper part, probably for attachment to the other cover and intervening tablets.
Provenance
Purchased for the museum by Jan Herman van Heek from Jan Dirven, art dealer, Eindhoven in 1950.
