Carved in the round.

Object Condition
Missing: part of the pendant sleeve on the right arm and part of the left arm; large piece at the back, in the lower part. Chipped around the base, at the front and on the side. Horizontal crack across the waist. Face damaged.

Comments
Damascened decoration (interlace?) on the blade with inlaid silver thread (only remaining on one side and on the wide edge of the blade).

Provenance
Found at the Orgueil site in Mauroux (Lot) in 1982; private collection, France (in 2012).
