Trace of one missing hinge on the right side.

Missing: two upper registers and right wing.

This panel originally was the lower register.

Provenance
Salomon collection, Berlin (before 1917); sold, Rudolph Lepke's Kunst-Auctions-Haus, Berlin, 15 May 1917, lot 102. Collection of Harry Fuld (d. 1932), Frankfurt (before 1932); by descent to his widow, Lucie Mayer-Fuld (née Cajzago); sold, through Raphael Stora, to the Art Institute in 1942 (Kate S. Buckingham Endowment).
