Register 2: Betrayal (Taking of Christ; Kiss of Judas); Christ restores Malchus' ear, cut by saint Peter.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels. Beaded border.

Museum's opinion 2011: German?, 2nd half of the 14th century.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth.
Printed label: '216'. White label decorated with a border of holly and with the handwritten inscription: '14'.

Object Condition
A few cracks in the upper and lower borders.

Purchased from the Blumka Gallery, New York in 1971-1972.
