Register 1: Coronation of the Virgin; two angels holding navettes and swinging censers, standing on the sides of the bench.
Register 2: Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the left side.

Reverse
Smooth. Vertical oblong darker area, probably protected from the light for a long period of time. Inscription: no. 84 (Museum inventory number).

Object Condition
Missing: lower left corner. Central hole (later) in the upper part of the panel.

Provenance
On loan from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera di Milano to the Museum since 1864.
