Ivory cracked.
Missing: right forearm of the Virgin; left forearm and head of Christ. Chips to the Virgin's forehead and dress, the dragon, and the base.
Hole in the base.

Gaborit-Chopin: same atelier as the ivory in the Balledent reliquary and as OA 2596, in the Musée du Louvre.
