Side 1: Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); two angels holding candlesticks; Virgin holding a flower in her right hand: Christ seated on left arm; Christ holding a fruit in his left hand.
Side 2: Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist.
Foliated decoration: ivy leaf or vine leaf.
