Angels in the spandrels, holding a crown above a fleur-de-lys.
Columns with foliated decoration; roped border.

Gatty 1883: German, 15th-16th century.
London 1923: probably Flemish, end of 15th century.
Liverpool Ivories 1954 and Museum's opinion 2010: French or Flemish, early 16th century.
