Wing, left
Saint John the Evangelist holding a martyr's palm; standing Virgin and Child; saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei); angel crowning the Virgin.
Wing, right
Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; cruciform halo; titulus.
Medallions enclosing quatrefoils with protruding cones in the spandrels; border of dentils.

Maurice 1983 and Museum's opinion 2011: France (Paris), 1st half of the 14th century.
