Register 1: Adoration of the Magi. Presentation in the Temple; Christ standing on the altar between the Virgin and Simeon; maid holding a candlestick and a basket of doves brought as offerings; hanging lamp.
Register 2: Nativity; swaddled Christ. Annunciation to the Shepherds; sheep.
Register 3: Annunciation; vase of lilies. Visitation.
Wing, right
Register 1: Virgin in clouds borne to Heaven by angels (bodily Assumption). Coronation of the Virgin; angels swinging censers.
Register 2: Flight into Egypt. Death of the Virgin (Dormition); Christ holding the soul of the Virgin; apostles.
Register 3: Herod ordering the Massacre of the Innocents; mother slapping the face of a soldier in armour; sword. Miracle of the Cornfield; peasant; soldier in armour; spear.
Incised trefoils; pinnacles.

Two hinges.

Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of gilding and polychromy. Some of the gilding in the background has been added between 1906 and 1994, as it does not appear on early photographs.
