Provenance
Given to Tewkesbury Abbey in 1952 by Mrs E. Birch of Chipping Campden in memory of her husband; Tewkesbury Abbey, Gloucestershire; stolen in January 1985 from the Trinity Chantry Chapel where it was kept.
