Saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei); standing Virgin and Child; saint Catherine of Alexandria with wheel and martyr's palm; crown.
Wing, right
Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls.
Incised trefoils in the spandrels.

Museum's opinion 2013: France, c. 1325-1360.

Attribution
Unknown

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Some scratches.
Traces of glue. Remains of a label on the back of the right wing.

Object Condition
The right wing has broken off in two pieces which have been glued back together.

Provenance
Purchased by Theodor von Offermann from the painter Friedrich Wachsmann, Prague, and donated by Theodor von Offermann to the museum in 1885.
