Register 1: Raising of Lazarus. Entry into Jerusalem.
Register 2: Last Supper with saint John the Evangelist leaning on Christ's breast; Christ feeding Judas across the table; Judas reaching out for a fish; ewers.
Register 3: Betrayal (Taking of Christ; Kiss of Judas); Christ restores Malchus' ear, cut by saint Peter; saint Peter sheathing his sword after cutting off Malchus' ear; soldier with heart-shaped shield with a face; Death of Judas (Judas hanging).
Wing, right
Register 1: Christ washing the feet of the apostles.
Register 2: Agony in the Garden (Christ at Gethsemane); trees.
Register 3: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls; Longinus with spear kneeling in prayer; Stephaton giving Christ vinegar; Stephaton holding a bucket; sun and moon.

Hinges
Three hinges.

Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of gilding and polychromy: gold (Christ's hair, along the hems, cross, architectural details); brown (hair and beards), green (crown of thorns), red (lips).

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Provenance
Registered in the inventories of Det kgl. Kunstkammer (the Royal Danish Kunstkammer, 1650-1825) of 1690 and 1689; after the Kunstkammer was dissolved the piece appears in the inventory of det kgl. Kunstmuseum (the Royal Danish Art Museum, 1825-1867) of 1825, in the inventory of Museet for Nordiske Oldsager (Museum of Northern Antiquities, 1819-1892) of 1848.
