Height: 82mm

Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls. 
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.

Wallace and Ó Floinn 2002: 14th century.

Flat and smooth.

Object Condition
Holes in the corners.
Missing: lower left corner. Damaged from having been buried. Vertical break.

Provenance
Found in the 19th century during excavations at Thomas st., Dublin ('may have belonged to the nearby Augustinian abbey of St Thomas the Martyr', according to Wallace and Ó Floinn 2002).
