Side 1: saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei); saint Catherine of Alexandria with wheel and martyr's palm. Saint Paul holding a sword; saint Peter holding a key. Saint Andrew with a saltire cross; unidentified bishop saint with a crozier. Saint Fiacre as a monk holding a book and spade; saint Laurence holding a gridiron.
Side 2: Saint Clare (?) as a nun holding an ointment pot; unidentified deacon saint with a martyr's palm. Annunciation; vase of lilies. Unidentified female saint with a book and a martyr's palm; saint James the Greater with pilgrim's hat, staff and satchel. Saint Bartholomew with a flaying knife; saint Judas (?) with a spear.
Crosshatched background; pilasters.

Broken in 2 pieces which have been glued back into place.

Given to the Treasury of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Rheims by M. Haudos in 1861.
