Seated Virgin and Child; Christ seated on left arm; Virgin holding a fruit in her right hand.

Longhurst 1929: 19th century, in a 14th century French style.
Williamson and Davies 2014: probably French, middle of the 19th century.

Flat with some scoring.

Object Condition
Two holes drilled through the upper edge. Cracked at front upper left.

Provenance
Collection of Count Girolamo Possenti di Fabriano before 1880; purchased by J. C. Robinson on behalf of the Museum at the Possenti sale, Florence, 10 April 1880.
