Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); two standing angels holding candlesticks.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels. Pinnacles.

Museum's opinion 2011: French, 14th century.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Longer edges slightly chamfered.

Object Condition
Heavily cracked. Crack to the right of the Virgin, restoration in the ivory around the Child.

Staatliche Museen zu Berlin Preussicher Kulturbesitz, Kunstgewerbemuseum, Berlin: bought thanks to the Rogers Fund, 1910.
