Register 1: Raising of Lazarus. Entry into Jerusalem; apostles including saint John the Evangelist holding a martyr's palm.
Register 2: Last Supper with saint John the Evangelist leaning on Christ's breast; Christ feeding Judas across the table; Judas reaching out for a fish.
Register 3: Betrayal (Taking of Christ; Kiss of Judas); Christ restores Malchus' ear, cut by saint Peter; soldiers in armour; Death of Judas (Judas hanging).
Wing, right
Register 1: Christ washing the feet of the apostles; Christ washing the feet of saint Peter.
Register 2: Agony in the Garden (Christ at Gethsemani); God the Father blessing; apostles asleep; trees.
Register 3: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls; Longinus with spear kneeling in prayer; Stephaton giving Christ vinegar.

Three hinges.

Polychromy - Gilding
Extensive traces of polychromy and gilding: gold (architectural details; hair; beards; haloes; along the hems), red (mouths; blood; flowers), black (eyes), green (grass; trees).

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Provenance
Bought in 1814. Initially, the inventory number was 1531 (in 1924).
