Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels. Beaded border.

Randall 1993: French, 3rd quarter of the 14th century.

Object Condition
Broken in two pieces which have been kept together thanks to a frame.

Provenance
Bought from Mathias Komor, New York, in 1965, by the Kresge Art Center; incorporated into the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum collection spring 2012.
