Wing, left
Register 1: Adoration of the Magi; Entry into Jerusalem. Saint Peter holding a key.
Register 2: Annunciation; vase of lilies; dove of the Holy Spirit. Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds; swaddled Christ; cushion.
Wing, right
Register 1: Last Judgement (Christ in Glory); angels holding Instruments of the Passion (rugged cross; crown of thorns; nails; spear); Virgin and saint John the Baptist kneeling; angels praying.
Register 2: under 1 arch, Resurrection of the Dead; souls rising from their tombs, including a key, bishops with mitre and crozier; castle; brickwork.
Angels blowing trumpets in the spandrels.
Border of dentils.

Jülich 2007: Rhineland, end of 14th century.

Two modern hinges.

Flat and smooth. Ink inscription: '9'. Label with inscription: '77'.

Provenance
Probably from the collection of Baron von Hüpsch (b. 1730, d. 1805), Cologne; acquired in 1805 by the Museum.
