Wing, left
Register 1: Entry into Jerusalem; Christ washing the feet of the apostles.
Register 2: Betrayal (Taking of Christ); Christ restores Malchus' ear, cut by saint Peter; woman holding a lantern (Hedroit?). Carrying of the Cross with the Virgin helping Christ; saint John the Evangelist; rugged cross.
Wing, right
Register 1: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers; rugged cross. Deposition with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; Virgin holding Christ's hand; Joseph of Arimathea holding Christ's body; Nicodemus with pincers removing the nail from Christ's feet; rugged cross.
Register 2: Entombment (Anointing of Christ's body). Three Holy Women at the Tomb, with angel seated on the tomb and two soldiers asleep.
Border of dentils. Beaded arches. Rounded trefoils in the spandrels.

Catalogue 1910: French, late 14th century.
Koechlin 1924: modern forgery purporting to be French, 2nd half of the 14th century.
Mann 1931: modern forgery purporting to be French, 2nd half of the 14th century.
Museum's opinion 2009: French, probably 19th century.

Two hinges.

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Two modern labels with inscriptions: '439' and 'VIII G/ 439' (439 corresponding to the Wallace Collection catalogue number).
