Attack on the Castle of Love; winged God of Love throwing arrows; knights in armour assaulting the castle; knight brandishing a club; knights on horseback fighting with swords; ladies throwing flowers from the castle battlements; portcullis; two heralds in trees blowing trumpets; shields.
Corner terminals: four crouching monsters.

Museum's opinion 2011: French, 19th century in a 14th century style.

Reverse
Turned with a depression. The corner terminals are not carved in the round.
Ink inscription: 'F. 99'.

Collection of Eugen Felix, Ichenhauser: acquired by the Museum thanks to the Rogers Fund in 1911.
