Hinges
Missing ring hinges ('round hinge hole shows that the hinges were of wire', according to Randall 1993).

Object Condition
Missing: upper part of the gable, pinnacles and lower part of the piece; parts of the Virgin's crown.

Comments
Was attached onto a wooden backing when Koechlin described it.

Collection of Count Max de Germiny, Paris. Bought thanks to the John Maclean Magie and Gertrude Magie Fund in 1953.
