Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers; sun and moon.
Pointed trefoils.

Museum's opinion 2013: French, 14th century.

Reverse
Reverse divided into 7 compartments, one being circular. This indicates that this panel originally was part of a set of writing tablets. Some of the partitions seem to have been levelled intentionally.

Object Condition
Two central holes in the upper part of the panel.
Missing: upper right corner.
Borders chipped.
Some partitions at the back seem to have been levelled intentionally.

Provenance
Donated by Senhora Dona Arnilda de la Cruz Roque Penim Kamenesky in 1957.
