Comments
The right wing of this diptych is now in the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff (NMW 01.335). The pairing was made in 2005 by Dr Mark Redknap, Curator of Medieval & Later Archaeology at Cardiff.

Provenance
Purchased by Philip Nelson from Charles Angell, antique dealer, 34 Milsom Street, Bath, for £5-10-0, 9 November 1934; purchased from the estate of Philip Nelson by Liverpool Public Museums in 1953.
