Uncarved. Hollow and curved.

Object Condition
Missing: tail; damaged horn.

Part of the same group as Turin, Palazzo Madama-Museo Civico d'Arte Antica, inv. 100 (see Related Object).

Bought by the Museum of Fine Arts from Edward R. Lubin, New York, in 1989 (gift of Mr. and Mrs. Max Falk in honour of Mr. Hanns Swarzenski).
