Carved in the round.
White label with handwritten inscription: ‘Avorio del sec. XIII (?) legato dal sen. G. Cittadella Vigodarzere al M. Bottacin. Alt. cm. 12’ and the red inscription: ‘7965’.

Object Condition
Very worn. Chipped. The bottom is drilled.

Provenance
Collection of Gino Cittadella Vigodarzere (b. 1844, d. 1917): his bequest to the Museo Bottacin in 1919.
