Register 1: Crucifixion, with jet of blood striking the Virgin's chest; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls; sun and moon. Entombment (Anointing of Christ's body); trees.
Register 2: Harrowing of Hell with Adam and Eve coming out of the gate of Hell; souls burning in a cauldron in Hell; demons. Resurrection; two angels standing on the tomb with hands in prayer.
Pinnacles. Medallions with trefoils in the spandrels.

Three missing hinges on the left side.

Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of polychromy: blue and red (inside the trefoils, architecture, background), green (trees).

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Several holes along the inner edge (for missing hinges), along the outer edge and in the four central medallions.Labels: 'No. 6056 GMR HORR'
