Register 1: angel praying; angel holding two crowns.
Register 2: Visitation. Annunciation; vase of lilies.
Register 3: Adoring Magi (part of the Adoration of the Magi).
Centre panel
Seated Virgin and Child; Virgin holding a flower in her right hand; angel crowning the Virgin; clouds.
Wings, right
Register 1: angel holding two crowns; angel praying.
Register 2: Nativity with Joseph holding Christ.
Register 3: Presentation in the Temple; Virgin holding Christ.

Hinges
Two sets of two hinges on either side.

Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of gilding and polychromy: gold (hair); green (spandrels; flower held by the Virgin; Joseph's tunic); blue (Virgin's robe); red (architectural details; mouths).

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Object Condition
Missing: canopy and supporting colonnettes of the centre part. In 1924, the polyptych was mounted in a wooden frame (Koechlin suggest it was possibly done in the 18th century).

Provenance
Collection of Anthelme and Edma Trimolet: donated by them to the Museum in 1878.
