Vertical crack in the right wing; some repairs and some elements have been glued back into place.

Collection of W. de Zoete: De Zoete sale, Sotheby's, London, 1 April 1935, lot 96; collection of John Francis Mallett; his bequest to the Museum in 1947; Department of Western Art (WA1947.191.204); transferred to the Department of Antiquities in May 2008.
